Reguler class   

Courses run for ONE hour TWICE a week for 8 weeks. If you would like to do one of our courses,  just choose a time and day from our timetable that suits you and either drop into the studio, call us to book your spot. If you are interested in a particular course or timeslot and we do not have it running, let us know and once we get enough interest to run that course on that day we will contact you.
Class Details & Bookings

All classes must be booked in advance and we require a deposit in order to secure your place. If you would like to book into one of our 8 week courses, we require a 50% deposit to be paid at time of the booking and the balance must be paid prior to course commencement. We will try to contact you to make arrangements for your final payment. If we are unsuccessful in contacting you and you don’t contact us, your place will become available to other participants. All casual classes and workshops must be paid in full at time of booking.

As we only take a limited number of students to ensure everyone has their own pole, please make sure you can make your class every week for the duration of your course. We cannot guarantee “make-up” classes if you miss one of your classes and we do not offer refunds. If you miss a class and want to make it up, it is your responsibility to make it up within the week you miss the lesson. We do not take bookings for “make-up” classes. You can attend another pole class of your level during the week if it has been deemed to have enough room (see the timetable for days and times of “make-up” classes) but please be aware that make up spots are filled on a ‘first come first served’ basis. Be prepared that you may be turned away if all available make up class spots are already taken when you arrive. Please also be aware we are open most public holidays. Please refer to our timetable to see if your class is running.

No photos or video taping are allowed to be taken during any of our classes (excluding private functions). We uphold the privacy of all our clients.

We understand that sometimes uncontrollable circumstances affect students getting to classes on time but we ask that every effort is made to arrive promptly. The warm up part of our classes is essential to help prevent injuries and therefore students arriving after the warm up will be responsible to warm up alone before joining the rest of the class.

Cancellation Policy – Payments are non-refundable.

Although we do not provide refunds for ‘no shows’ or if you change your mind, balances may be transferred to the following term if at least 7 days notice is

given prior to course commencement with a medical certificate. Please be aware, however, that no refunds will be given for your course under any circumstances once any payments have been made.

If you have left a deposit and not paid the balance before the course starts we will try to contact you. If we cannot contact you and you don’t call us, we will assume you are pulling out and make the course available for someone else. We do not refund deposits.

There are no refunds on practice sessions, casual classes or workshops; however, if we are given more than 48 hours notice we will transfer the payment to another class.

What to wear?

We recommend:

Short shorts are recommended for all pole levels as various moves require you to grip the pole with your thighs, however, you can wear whatever you feel most comfortable exercising in.
Bare feet are best but you may wear runners or flat dance shoes if you prefer. We do not recommend rubber soled shoes as they provide too much grip and will restrict your movement.
We do not allow students to wear Pole Heels in class until Advanced level.
Please avoid wearing any lotion or oil on your hands and body prior to coming to class as it will cause you to slip off the pole.
You may want to bring a bottle of water, yoga mat and small towel. We have change rooms so you can bring your things with you and change here.

Inquiries

If you have any current health related conditions that interfere with normal exercise or you may be pregnant, we require a certificate from your doctor or physiotherapists confirming you are fit to participate in any of our classes. It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions that arise before your next class that might interfere with you participating.
